It tells the story of a man who became King George VI, father of Queen Elizabeth II. After his brother abdicates, George (Bertie) reluctantly to the throne. Plagued by a terrible stutter and considered fit to be king, Bertie has been using an unorthodox speech therapist called Lionel Logue.
